The Ajr App mobile application and related websites (collectively, the “Services”) are provided by [Digital Akirah LLC] (“us”, “we”, or “our”), in connection with our partners, service providers, sponsors, or other affiliates.

To ensure that we can safely and responsibly provide the Services to all users, your use of the Services is subject to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference and available at [https://www.ajrapp.net/privacy-policy].

By accessing or using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines or rules applicable to specific features of the Services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Collecting or harvesting contact information of other users for unsolicited communications

• Using the Services in any manner that degrades, disrupts, or interferes with the reliability, speed, or operation of the Services

• Using data scraping, bots, or automated methods to collect data from the Services

• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

• Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with any software or security features of the Services

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

Children Under the Age of 13

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age.

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly permit such users to access the Services. If we believe that a user is under the age of 13, we may terminate their account and delete associated data.

User Content

The Services may allow you to submit, store, or share content such as Dhikr entries, notes, names, or other information (“User Content”).

You are solely responsible for all User Content you submit and for the consequences of submitting such content. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to submit the User Content.

We do not guarantee the confidentiality of User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such User Content solely in connection with operating, improving, and providing the Services.

We may retain copies of User Content for backup, security, legal, or maintenance purposes.

Prohibited User Content

You agree that you will not submit User Content that:

• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any third party

• Contains false or misleading statements that could harm us or others

• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, hateful, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate

• Contains advertisements, promotions, or solicitations

• Impersonates another person or entity

We do not endorse any User Content and expressly disclaim any liability arising from User Content. We reserve the right to remove any Content or User Content at any time, without notice, and to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
